India's Women's Boxing Team Shines at the 2025 Asian Championships

India, 29 December 2025 — The Indian women's boxing team has made a significant impact at the 2025 Asian Boxing Championships held in Bangkok, Thailand. The team secured a total of five medals, including two golds, two silvers, and one bronze, showcasing their dominance in the ring over the past few days.

The gold medals were clinched by Nikhat Zareen in the 52 kg category and Lovlina Borgohain in the 69 kg category, who both displayed exceptional skill and determination. Their victories further solidified their positions as leading figures in the sport.

Silver medals were won by Pooja Rani and Manisha Moun in the 75 kg and 57 kg categories, respectively. Both athletes put up strong performances but fell short in the final bouts.
