How do I use the CO2 nozzle to inflate a tyre?

Attach the nozzle to the tyre valve (Presta or Schrader as applicable), then thread the CO2 cartridge into the nozzle. Open the flow valve if present, and the cartridge will inflate the tyre in 3-5 seconds. A 16g cartridge inflates a standard 700x25c road tyre to approximately 80-90 PSI.

Is the chain cutter difficult to use on the road?

It requires practice. The key is aligning the chain pin precisely with the cutter before applying force — a misaligned push can damage the link. Practise on an old chain at home before relying on it in a race or long ride scenario.
