Yes — includes chainring foam block, 3 frame foam pads, 2 large wheel bags, handlebar foam spacer, chain guard and dropout/fork end spacers. Add custom foam cut-outs for very expensive carbon frames.

Is this case TSA-approved?

The case accepts optional TSA-approved padlocks (not included). TSA locks allow agents to open the case for inspection without destroying the lock. Purchase a TSA combination padlock separately.

How does it compare to Thule RoundTrip?
