Only if your road bike has aerobar extensions mounted. The system clamps to aerobar extensions at 90–120mm center-to-center width. It cannot be used on standard drop handlebars without aerobars.

Adjust the plastic wedge on the straw to set the straw height and angle to your preference. The embedded magnets hold the straw in the bento box dock when not drinking, preventing it from flapping during hard efforts.

Is 800ml enough for a full triathlon bike leg?

For an Olympic distance bike leg (40km, approximately 60–75 minutes), 800ml is typically sufficient in moderate conditions. For 70.3 or Ironman, plan to refill at aid stations or carry additional bottles on frame cages.
