What is the power tower on the CG-600?

The power tower (Station 4) includes a knee raise station and dip arm bars — enabling bodyweight exercises including hanging knee raises for abs and parallel bar dips for triceps and chest. These are bodyweight movements that do not use the weight stacks.

Does the CG-600 include installation service?

Professional installation is strongly recommended and can be arranged through InstaSport with Cosco's service network. For a 356 kg machine, self-assembly is not advised.
