What size should I buy?

Measure the widest circumference of your head with a tape measure kept level from front to back. S fits 51-55cm, M fits 55-59cm, L fits 59-63cm. If you are on the boundary between sizes, the Roc Loc 5 Air retention system allows enough range to accommodate borderline measurements — size up if in doubt.

Is this helmet good for Indian summer riding?
