How do I repair a TPU tube on the road?

Standard butyl patches do not work on TPU. Carry a spare TPU tube for roadside flat repair — swap the tube and repair the punctured one at home with a TPU-specific patch kit.

What valve length should I choose?

45mm for shallow rims (up to about 30mm rim depth) 65mm for mid-depth rims (30-50mm) and 85mm for deep-section aero rims (50mm+). If in doubt about your rim depth choose 65mm as the safe middle option.

Is 700x18-32c the right size for my bike?

Yes if you have a standard 700c road wheel with tyres anywhere from 700x18c (very narrow) to 700x32c (endurance or light gravel). Check your tyre sidewall for the size — the tube must overlap the tyre width range.
