Can I use the Vittoria Cuirass in a tubeless tyre setup?

No — the Cuirass is designed for tube-based tyre setups. In tubeless setups puncture protection is handled by sealant. Inserting a liner in a tubeless setup would interfere with bead seating and sealant distribution.

Will the Cuirass stop all punctures?

It significantly reduces penetrating punctures from sharp debris but no liner is 100% puncture-proof. Very sharp objects at perpendicular angles can still penetrate. Pinch flats from impact are not prevented by a liner — those require adequate tyre pressure.
