I ordered 2 badminton racquets. A representative called and told me they only had 1 available. So I asked to deliver one and refund the second one. 1st racquet was delivered well in 3-4 days that is why the review is not 1-star. For the refund, I waited 2 weeks and then spent another week chasing the customer service team before I finally received the refund. Lot of hassle for what should have been automatic.
