Bad stringing

Disappointed that two-knot method was used for stringing instead of 4-knot method even after explicitly mentioning it in the notes while ordering. YONEX recommends the 4-knot method and it is required for warranty.

Trust is a very important part and with this mistake, how do I know if the tension I chose was used or if the cross strings were tensioned 10% higher than the main strings (again which was mentioned in notes) . A pro shop should use proper stringing methods.
