I am highly disappointed from your service. Firstly the bat I ordered was for a grown up 28 year boy and the size was not according to that, it was small in size. Secondly, there are no grains on bat there is just a sticker and the quality is too low. I feel like I wasted my money by placing my trust in your app and service. I ordered the cricket bat from your app just because of it's name which suggests that it only provides sports equipments and the quality I can get from here will be great than other online shopping apps but it disappointed me. And when I complained about the same issue I was told that send the pictures of bat and we will see after the issue on Monday i.e. 20 jan , 2025 . But there is no response from your side after I complained.

I recently started using the 28mm iron rod for my gym exercises and it has been an excellent addition to my workout routine. The grip is comfortable and secure, which is essential for exercises like deadlifts squats and bench presses Overall, I’m very happy with this product.

String is not 27 lbs

The tubes which were delivered this time does not feel like those are original. The shuttles are too slow than usual. Also the rates were on the higher side this time when compared with local stores. I was purchasing from Insta with trust all these times & was not comparing on rates & was sure about quality.
I hope this feedback will not go in dustbin & action will be taken on the same.
