The Outlaws, who entered the match with the worst record in the competition, were unable to match the Lightning's dominance, despite a valiant effort from Liam Patterson-White.

Choosing to bat first, the Outlaws struggled to gain momentum against the disciplined bowling of Lancashire's Chris Green, who claimed two wickets for just 16 runs in his four overs.
