Yankees Crush Brewers 15-3 Behind Rodon's Gem, Four Home Runs

Carlos Rodon's dominant pitching and the New York Yankees' offensive explosion propelled them to a resounding 15-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Saturday night.

Rodon, the 31-year-old left-hander, showcased his brilliance by allowing only two hits and one run through six innings. He struck out eight batters and walked just one, showcasing his exceptional control and command.

The Yankees' offense erupted with four home runs, setting a season high. Alex Verdugo ignited the scoring with a three-run homer in the first inning, giving New York an early 3-0 lead. Aaron Judge and Anthony Rizzo followed suit in the sixth inning with two-run shots, extending the Yankees' advantage to 11-1. Giancarlo Stanton capped off the home run barrage with a three-run blast in the ninth inning.

Milwaukee's lone bright spot came in the first inning when Rhys Hoskins connected for a solo homer off Rodon. However, the Brewers' offense struggled to keep pace with the Yankees' relentless attack.

Luke Weaver provided two scoreless innings of relief for the Yankees, while Milwaukee's Joe Ross allowed seven runs on eight hits in five innings.

The Yankees' victory snapped a two-game losing streak and marked their highest run total and hit count of the season. They now hold a 20-10 record, while the Brewers drop to 16-14.
